Kids
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is very beneficial for children, both mentally and physically. Not only does our kids program teach the fundamentals of BJJ; it will also teach your child discipline, increase their self-confidence, and help them grow friendships with their teammates.
We offer classes for children on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! We accept all students from beginner to competitive. STCBJJ has the best childrens program in the Niagara Region.
Adults
Our adult program has been going for 15 years strong, it has produced many black belts that continue to teach the gentle art today. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is focused on technique and skill rather than speed and athleticism. We have a variety of belt levels every class, so there will always be someone for you to train with!
no gi (adults)
No Gi is the same has traditional BJJ, the only main difference is that it's practiced without the gi (BJJ Uniform). Typically one would wear board shorts and a rash guard while training.
We offer no gi classes on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. We also host a no gi open mat every Sunday at 11am

Our next kids grading will be on December 6th! We ask all parents to please have your child here by 9:45AM, grading starts at 10AM sharp and we will not be waiting for anyone. OSS!
